Traffic Tantrum — Terms of Use

  1. Who can play. You must be 17 or older. By playing you confirm you are.
  2. It's a parody. Traffic Tantrum is a comedy game. All characters, companies and products are fictional. Nothing in it is advice, and nothing in it should be copied in a real vehicle. Real road rage, speeding and distracted driving are dangerous and illegal.
  3. Content warning. The game contains strong language (adjustable in Settings), rude gestures (censored except at the "Full Tantrum" setting), crude humour and cartoon slapstick violence.
  4. Licence. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play the game for fun. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it, except for parts that are open-source (see About & credits in the game).
  5. Purchases. The full game is a one-time purchase made only through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not sell anything on our website. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from and follow that store's refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, the full game may be locked again.
  6. Ads. Some versions of the game may show ads from third parties. We aren't responsible for what advertisers offer.
  7. No warranty. The game is provided "as is". We try to keep it working but don't promise it will run on every device or be error-free.
  8. Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law in your province or country.
  9. Changes. We may update the game and these terms. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
  10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
